Danielle (Danika) Tkacik
My work is highly adaptable and client-led. Each session is shaped by what your body needs that day—physically, neurologically, and energetically. I blend myofascial work, neuromuscular techniques, trigger point therapy, deeper muscle work, and movement-based approaches, all wrapped in a cohesive, grounding Swedish-style flow. Some sessions are gentle and regulating. Others are deep, specific, and intense. Many land somewhere in between. What stays consistent is intention, communication, and respect for your nervous system. I am not interested in sending people away sore for the sake of intensity. The goal is meaningful, effective work that supports change—not pain as proof of effort. No two sessions are exactly the same, but they will always feel intentional, responsive, and distinctly my work. What You Can Expect -A massage adapted to your needs that day -A blend of myofascial, neuromuscular, trigger point, and Swedish techniques -Options ranging from subtle and calming to deep and specific -Clear communication about pressure, sensation, and goals -Work that is effective without being punishing What You Should Know -Some sessions may include deeper or more intense work -Some sessions may be slower, gentler, or more nervous-system focused -Intensity is used intentionally, not automatically -Pain is not the goal, even when work is deep -Your feedback actively shapes the session This Style Is a Good Fit If You: -Want a therapist who can adapt session-to-session -Appreciate both technical skill and intuitive responsiveness -Sometimes want deep work—but not at the expense of feeling wrecked -Like collaborative treatment rather than a fixed routine This Style May Not Be the Best Fit If You’re Looking For: -The exact same massage every visit -A strictly relaxation-only experience or strictly deep pressure every time -A therapist who works from a rigid, preset protocol If you have specific goals, preferences, or boundaries, we’ll discuss them before and during the session so the work matches what you’re actually looking for.
